The Pulaski Yoga and Massage Studio is hosting two-hour Valentine's Day massage workshops.

Dates:

  •  5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12
  •  5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19

Location: Yoga and Massage Studio, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks.

Learning how to give and receive effective massage at home supports co-regulation which improves our mental, emotional, and physical health.

Cost is $120 per couple. Customers must purchase tickets in advance from Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation. Customers must be 18 or older. Curious and have questions, call or text instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist, Josie Wallace, at 01766-533-4513.

Participation will be limited to 10. The 2G+ Rules apply. Proof of vaccination, recovery, or a negative test will need to be presented on the day of the workshop.
