The U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Child and Youth Services are participating in the Month of the Military Child Carnival on April 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Donnelly Fields. CYS will showcase "Make and Take" art, face painting, animal balloons, and bouncy castles.
