Celebrate America's independence and the 70th Anniversary of the Baumholder.
Military Community on the Rock celebration July 1 and 2 outside the Hall of Champions on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. A “live” outdoor concert by the cover band Sweet Siren starts the festivities Friday, July 1 at 7 p.m. Food and beverage sales start at 6 p.m.
- Celebration events happening Saturday, July 2 from 4 to 11 p.m.
- Live music performances by Southbound Rebellion and the Willy Pete Band
- Car show
- K-9 Demonstrations
- Dunk Booth
- Activities for children: Bouncy Castles, face-painting, games and crafts
Fest foods and drinks will be available for sale. The evening will end with a bang with fireworks starting around 10:30 p.m.
