The Sembach Fitness Center is hosting a free Fitness Fair, Jan. 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bldg. 105 on Sembach Kaserne.
This is event is to promote and showcase Family and MWR fitness, health and wellness programs in the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The event will also inform Federal Civilians and Local National Employees about the Civilian Fitness Program.
At this fair, there will be fitness consultations, and free 20-minute spin and yoga classes.
